Delivery takes 2–3 days within Germany and 7–12 days for other countries.
I am not responsible for any possible loss or delay of the package caused by the carrier during delivery.

Return & Refund
If you wish to return an item, the return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original condition. Damaged or used items cannot be refunded.
A refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and carefully inspected. Buyers are also responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country during the return process. Each mouse is handmade with love, so small variations or little irregularities may occur. These are part of the charm of a handmade piece and make your little mouse truly unique.
