A custom order does not cost more than my felt animals available in the shop.

We will agree on the final price together before I start making your piece, so there won’t be any unexpected or hidden costs. If you decide to make significant changes to your original idea during the process, we will always discuss any possible additional cost with you beforehand.

Since your felt animal is made especially for you, I require a 50% deposit of the agreed total price.

You will receive an invoice for the deposit. Once your felt animal is finished, you will receive a final invoice for the remaining balance.

You can pay for your custom order by bank transfer, via a Stripe payment link created by me, or through PayPal.

During the making process, I’ll send you photos from time to time so we can make sure everything is looking the way you imagined it.

This also gives us the opportunity to discuss any small changes along the way. It’s important to me that you’re happy with your felt animal in the end.

This depends on my current workload and on how many felt animals you would like to have made.

A custom order usually takes around 1–4 weeks.

Would you like your felt animal as a Christmas gift? Then I recommend getting in touch early so we can make sure there is enough time to complete your order before Christmas.

1. Inquiry – You tell me about your idea.

2. Price – We discuss your wishes and I work out the price with you.

3. 50% deposit – You receive an invoice for the deposit.

4. Making your felt animal – I start creating your custom piece.

5. Photos & feedback – I’ll send you photos along the way and we can discuss any adjustments if needed.

6. Final payment – Once your felt animal is finished, you’ll receive the final invoice for the remaining balance.

7. Shipping – Your finished felt animal will then make its way to you.

The little outfits and accessories are lovingly made especially for each of my felted friends and are quite delicate. They’re happiest staying just as they are, so please don’t take their clothes on and off or pull on them. This helps keep your little friend looking lovely for many years to come.

I ship my packages with DHL. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package along the way.

Shipping costs are:

• Within Germany: €5

• Within the EU: €10

• Outside the EU: €11–25

• USA: €30 + any applicable customs fees

Please check whether customs fees or import duties may apply in your country before placing your order. Any such fees are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

Special arrangement for orders shipped to the USA: For orders shipped to the USA, I will take care of the customs process and cover the applicable customs fees for you.
