To prepare and ship your order, I need 1–3 business days.
Delivery takes 2–3 days within Germany and 7–12 days for other countries.
I am not responsible for any possible loss or delay of the package caused by the carrier during delivery.
Kindly note that some countries may charge customs duties or import taxes. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Return & Refund
If you wish to return an item, the return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original condition.
Damaged or used items cannot be refunded.
A refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Buyers are also responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to their country during a possible return process.
Each mouse is handmade, so small variations or irregularities may occur — these make your little mouse truly unique.
